My work´s objectives:
 
» to provide direct support and assistance to women with difficulties to conceive and to carry the child to term or to those only considering to start a family. The assistance is provided in several forms: personal or e-mail consultations, which are provided free of charge (contact the Maternal Hope foundation or me directly), written materials (books and publications Reproductive health), websites (Maternal Hope foundation, website about the Mojzis Method). We have also initiated development of a list of addresses of physiotherapists trained in the Mojzis method - see the website of the Organon pharmaceutical company Organon.

» to provide the general public with information about prevention of fertility disorders and about the possibilities to resolve the situation. Lack of understanding and sensitivity of the people around can be very often a very traumatic experience. I have been also involved in creation of two TV documentaries – Kočárky bez dětí (Prams with No Children) (documentary cycle Bleděmodrý svět, on air for the first time on 29 April 2001 on the Czech TV channel ČT2) and Na cestě za dítětem (On the Way to the Child) (documentary cycle Rodinné křižovatky, on air for the first time on 28 November 2006 on the Czech TV channel ČT2). Another regular activity is the organization of the annual Day of Reproductive Health.

» to defend interests of involuntarily childless people at the public forum, to promote and to spread of information about Patient-centered healthcare in reproductive medicine. I have also become a representative of the Maternal Hope foundation in international patient organizations: International Consumer Support for Infertility (iCSi), Fertility Europe (FE), International Alliance of Patients´ Organizations (IAPO), European Patients´ Forum (EPF). I am a member of the Ethical Commission of the Assisted Reproduction Section of the Czech gynecological and Obstetrical Society of the Czech Medical Society of J.E. Purkyně (ČGPS ČLS JEP).

» to support interdisciplinary communication in reproductive medicine. Active participation in various Czech and international professional gatherings; I am a Czech representative in the organization of psychologists and counselors International Infertility Counseling Organization (IICO). Training of professional in psychosocial issues relating to the unfulfilled desire for children (workshops for nurses, physicians, social workers, physiotherapists).
